North America Shipping Policy

All transit information shown on our website, checkout page or order notification serves solely as general reference and shall not be deemed a binding delivery guarantee. We do not warrant any fixed delivery date, transit period or arrival window for shipments to the United States and Canada.

Once goods are handed over to third-party logistics carriers, delivery progress is subject to carrier operation, customs clearance, weather conditions, labor events, public authority inspections and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be held responsible for any shipment delays arising from the foregoing factors.

Tracking numbers will be issued after shipment; tracking data updates depend on the logistics provider and may not be real-time. We are unable to issue partial refunds, compensation or approve order cancellations merely due to transit delays.

Import duties, customs fees, surcharges or other incidental charges imposed by U.S. or Canadian customs authorities shall be borne by the recipient.
